JAZAIRAWARDS.ORG – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The jazairawards.org website (“Site”), including but not limited to all its databases, textual content, visuals, and interactive features, is protected by copyright ©2025 by the Jazair Awards Academy. All rights reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, copied, or exploited in any form without the express written consent of the Jazair Awards Academy.

ACCESS TO THIS SITE IS PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
YOUR USE OF THIS SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. License.

As a user of the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely under these Terms of Use. The Jazair Awards Academy may modify or revoke this license at any time and for any reason.

9. Participation Rules

Participation in the Jazair Awards is open to all eligible applicants who submit their work through the official submission form. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • There are no registration fees. Submitting a film or project to the Jazair Awards is entirely free of charge.

  • No financial contributions or payments are required at any stage of the selection process.

  • If selected or awarded, participants will not be asked to cover any costs related to the prize, visibility, or inclusion in the official selections.

  • The Jazair Awards Academy does not authorize any third party to request fees on its behalf.

  • By participating, applicants confirm that they hold the necessary rights over the submitted work and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Any entry found to be in violation of these rules may be disqualified at the discretion of the Jazair Awards Academy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
